Clark Howard Event with Atlanta Habitat for Humanity

For those of you that don't know me personally (Really? Email me! I bet we'd get along great!), I am here to confess that I am a giant nerd. Not nerd in the traditional pocket protector, high-water pants kind of way. More like in the "OH MY GOSH CAN I REALLY MEET LOCAL CELEBRITIES CLARK AND LANE HOWARD??! I AM SO EXCITED!" kind of way. And okay, I also really like original Star Trek, Next Generation and various sci-fi/fantasy/zombie things. So when I had the opportunity to photograph Atlanta Habitat for Humanity's Clark Howard Society Event, I was ecstatic. Clark and Lane are amazing supporters of Atlanta Habitat and so knowledgeable and passionate about utilizing Habitat to make a permanent and significant difference in communities. And they're super down-to-earth. Which is why I almost asked if I could take a photo with the two of them, but then chickened out at the last minute. Oh well, maybe next time. Phil & Ali's Engagement Shoot at Piedmont Park!

In just under 2 months these love-birds will be gettin' hitched! I had a great time taking photos with Phil & Ali to celebrate their engagement. And Indy (the dog) was such a good girl the whole time! 

Urban Photography Shoot

Every so often my Dad joins me on a photo adventure! Last time we went to Arabia Mountain, and this time we decided to stick close to home and take some "urban" shots around town. We had a great time! These were taken mostly around Cabbagetown and on the other side of the Krog Street Tunnell (not sure what that neighborhood is named exactly). I hope you enjoy!

Piedmont Park Family Shoot!

Sunday I had the good fortune of getting to take some pictures of these extremely wonderful friends of ours at Piedmont Park! 

Oh my goodness. Someone please feed this little guy! He is very hungry! (This is exactly what happens to me when I get hungry too).

Habitat for Humanity Build

My husband works for Habitat for Humanity. We stopped by the build site this morning and took a few photos of the Young Adult Faith Build that is going on currently. What a great group of people and what a great looking house!

Downtown Anniversary

This September we decided to celebrate our anniversary in style in downtown Atlanta at a fancy hotel. We just couldn't resist a good jump on the fancy bed! I love this picture of Andrew because I feel like it is the perfect depiction of his personality!
